Public and Private (In-House) Certified Scrum Training in English and German
We offer in-house, customised and public training in English or German. All our training is highly interactive, experiential (learning by doing) and full with stories for sharing expertise, our’s and – if you like – your’s.
Our two-day Radical Management in Practice workshops draw heavily on experiences and learnings from applying agile leadership in real world settings. Participants can receive a “Radical Management Practitioner” certificate.
ScrumCenter Ltd. is a Scrum Alliance Registered Education Provider (REP). Our courses are run by our Certified Scrum Trainers® (CSTs) and other accredited trainers. We regularly run certified Scrum workshops in German and English:
Our two-day Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM) course provides an introduction to Scrum for Scrum teams, particularly for ScrumMasters. During this course you will deepen your understanding of the principles and practices of Scrum. On successful completion of the course and after passing an online test, participants will be awarded the title “Certified ScrumMaster®“.
The two-day Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO) course is focussed on the role of the Product Owner. This role is different from that of a project manager or product manager. The product owner has the overall responsibility for the success of the product and works closely with the development team. On successful completion of the course, participants will be awarded the title “Certified Scrum Product Owner®“.
The Certified Scrum Developer® (CSD) programme is aimed at development team members (primarily testers and programmers). The core of the CSD programme is a three-day agile engineering practices (AEP) course, where participants learn how to turn product backlog items into a product — reliably and effectively. To qualify for the title “Certified Scrum Developer®” participants need two additional training days. CSM covers this requirement.
Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) is a framework for scaling agile development to multiple teams. LeSS.works gives an overview. LeSS builds on top of the Scrum principles provides guidelines on how to adopt Scrum in large product developments. The Certified LeSS Basics course provides an overview of LeSS as well as covering the LeSS principles, framework, rules and guides. It provides essential information for adopting and improving Large-Scale Scrum to your product development group. The course contains stories on LeSS adoptions, exercises and extensive LeSS Q&A to ensure we discuss the topics most of interest to participants.
In our 2-day Certified Scrum@Scale® course, you will gain knowledge and skills to transform your organisation into an Agile enterprise. Learn how to apply fundamental Scrum and Lean product development skills to scale Scrum across multiple teams.
The Scrum@Scale framework was developed by Dr Jeff Sutherland, the co-creator of Scrum. Scrum@Scale naturally extends the core Scrum framework to deliver great results across industries and disciplines, including software, hardware, services, operations, and R&D.
