This book presents a comprehensive guide to implementing business agility, enabling organisations to adapt and excel. It highlights the critical role of agility in navigating challenges like shortened product life cycles, digitalisation, and talent scarcity.

The authors detail five key shifts essential for agile transformation: leadership, organisational structure, processes, trust and transparency, and organisational learning. These shifts steer organisations away from rigid, hierarchical models towards dynamic, cross-functional networks, crucial for agile responsiveness.

A unique aspect of this book is its focus on a robust assessment approach. This approach helps organisations gauge their current agility level and identify specific areas for improvement. It provides a structured framework for evaluating the effectiveness of agile practices and guiding the scaling process.

Real-world examples and case studies illustrate the practical application of these shifts and principles. The book, enriched with insights from seasoned agile practitioners, serves as a comprehensive roadmap for leaders and teams. It aims to embed agility into the organisational fabric, ensuring long-term sustainability and a competitive edge in a fast-paced business world.
